How to Place a ITSAC Order with Infostride, Inc.
ITSAC Statement of Work (SOW) values may not exceed $5 million for state agencies or $10 million for non-state agency entities or higher education institutions. Government customers must issue a SOW consistent with the terms and conditions of the DIR ITSAC contract. Vendors must respond to the issued SOW to be awarded a purchase order. Vendors can only respond to a SOW that they have been awarded under the DIR ITSAC contract. The following process outlines the step-by-step process for issuing a purchase order from the DIR ITSAC contract:
- A government customer identifies a need for a deliverables-based service from one of the ITSAC service categories.
- The customer creates a SOW, as provided in Appendix C, for release to vendors. The SOW will describe the deliverables, acceptance criteria and service levels. An authorized customer representative must sign the SOW.
- The customer sends the SOW to the Infostride, Inc. contact.
- Infostride, Inc. will submit a response to the customer with a fixed price based on deliverables.
- Once Infostride, Inc. . is selected, the customer issues a purchase order to Infostride, Inc. referencing the contract number. Once the purchase order has been accepted, the project can commence.
Warranty Policies
As part of DIR’s Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for this Master Cooperative Contract, Customers may provide written notice to the Vendor of errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies in products or services provided by the Vendor under a Purchase Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of an Invoice for the products or services. The Vendor shall correct the error, inaccuracy, or other deficiency at no additional cost to Customer.
In addition to the minimum warranty provided above, the Vendor shall adhere to its policies concerning warranties and returns, as mutually agreed and included as part of the signed Statement of Work with the Customer. Warranty and return policies offered to Customers shall not be more restrictive or more costly than warranty and return policies for other similarly situated customers for similar products and services.
