Ritu Mangla is a passionate, results driven executive with 20+ years of experience within the IT Consulting Services and Solutions Industry. Comprehensive experience in building global technology teams, expansion, regional management and strategic planning for multi-region territories in remote, offshore and client onsite services. She has worked with corporates like Bank of America, eBay, Reuters, E*Trade, Meta to name a few.

Skilled in account management and new business development activities from proposal generation to presentation, extensive contract negotiation experience as well as implementation, delivery, ongoing support and serving as a point of escalation for effective issue resolution. Career progression and track record of success demonstrates the ability to build and develop high performing teams that exceed business goals and objectives.

Passionate about bringing equality, inclusivity, and opportunities for Women In Technology.

Executed & delivered various internships, returnships programs program for diversity/underserved community by acting as a mentor, connector, technical coach and consultant.
